•Get you to answering ourselves
•Use jargon that has no use in a classroom
•Run courses by trainers who went into training to get out of teaching

We will:
•Make sessions as practical as possible
•Make the data informative and interesting
•Give you ideas and materials that can be used straightway
•Run courses by trainers who still teach

School Consultancy
Increasingly schools are requesting that our trainers work with them on an ongoing basis often as a result of a whole school INSET event. This work can be focused on a variety of areas but is usually focused on adding capacity to the Senior Management team in area such as Middle Leadership support or developing pedagogy.
These arrangements are informal and non contractual. Schools ‘buy in’ the trainers who commit to work with the school for a number of days in the year. The fee structure is arranged on an individual basis with the trainer.
This can often be a cost effective way for a school to identify a specific area for development and then utilise our trainer’s expertise to support its implementation.

Time and again commentators in this field from Ofsted to University studies indicate that if pupils are active learners they perform better. This course shows you how to achieve this. It does NOT advocate getting pupils to run around the class for no reason!
