Question: I haven't had any confirmation that I am booked on a course?
Answer: You should receive a confirmation letter or confirmation email within 3-5 days of your application. If you have not received this then please contact us immediately via the contact page on the website. DO NOT LEAVE IT TILL THE LAST MINUTE
Question: I never received a map or lost it?
Answer: Please contact us via the contact page and we will confirm if you are booked on a course and then send you a replacement map.
Question: What if I wish to praise or complain?
Answer: Feedback is very important to us as it helps us to give you better training. Go to our Feedback page and you can share your opinions with us.
Question: Do you cater for vegetarians?
Answer: We understand everyone has certain needs and we try to match your needs as close as possible. All our venues currently offer at least one vegetarian option.
FAQ - Payment / Finance Related
Question: How do I pay and do I have to pay before I go on the course
Answer: We aim to send invoices 4 weeks prior to the course running. We accept BACS payment or CHQ and this has to be supported with a remittance advice that needs to be sent by post, fax or email.
Question: Can I send a Cheque with my application?
Answer: We prefer not to receive Cheques with applications as this can cause delays and can cause problems if a course is cancelled.
Question: How do I use a Dragonfly Discount voucher?
Answer: As long as the voucher is within its validity date post the voucher along with your booking form to Dragonfly and we will send you a confirmation letter or email.
