trainer were very engaging and the hands on approach resulted in a very enthusiastic response from all staff. Neil was truly an inspirational trainer. We were particularly pleased with how relevant the content was to the Irish Education context and commend Neil for the preparatory work which had undoubtedly been undertaken to ensure the training reflected our needs. Our overall experience in dealing with Dragonfly Training has been an extremely positive one. The team at Dragonfly were anxious to support us, meet our needs as a school and ensure that we got maximum benefit from the day. The feedback from staff, the level of enthusiasm on the day and the integration into lessons of many ideas presented on the day is a testament to the quality of training we received.

The content, pitch and tone were ideal for the audience. It was evident that all the NQTs went away with practical strategies and renewed enthusiasm. Thank you.
MARY SANSOM, CURRICULUM AND TRAINING MANAGER -
ST MARY'S SCHOOL, ASCOT -
This course lifted the spirits at the start of the second half of the Spring Term as it afforded colleagues an opportunity to focus on their own classroom practice and gain first hand experience of some very useful practical teaching and learnin techniques. The pace, use of good and varied resources, good humour and knowledgeable presentation maintained staff interest throughout the morning. The subsequent feedback, from all subject areas, has been very positive and many of the techniques have already been enthusiastically incorporated into lessons.
