I can’t recommend her enough. I found my life coaching sessions to be extremely useful in gaining perspective and to stop being stuck and help myself to move on and through my issues at that particular time in my life. Mary helped me to find the tools I needed to get where I wanted to be. Her sessions are really restorative.Laura – Cardiff
Dragonfly worked with our school to help a group of Year 11 pupils who were at risk of leaving school without any qualifications. The pupils were not coping well with the pressures of Year 11 and were in danger of becoming disaffected from education. Dragonfly helped with some very effective visualisation techniques that helped to break down what the next few weeks, months and years could look like with pupils, helping them to make sense of their priorities and become much more independent with managing their work load and revision. This was then followed up with a series of one to one coaching sessions over the next couple of months that helped pupils to keep on track with a personal programme specifically designed to meet their needs. All pupils within the programme successfully gained at least 5 level 1 qualifications with most achieving 5 level 2 qualifications. They were much more confident as a result of this intervention and left school with a good set of results enabling them to move on to the next part of their lives.Yvonne Roberts - Cardiff
I can't recommend my coach highly enough. She's extremely warm which makes her lovely to talk to, and she has a glint of mischief in her eye which makes the process fun. You feel as if she will help you get somewhere that is fun too. But also she uses an approach that is quite magical - I've no idea how it works, but it does. I had some huge decisions to make when I came to her, and was very confused. After just one session I knew what I had to do.Susan - Somerset
You were brilliant. Really enjoyed our session together. It was really helpful and enabled me to straighten out my muddled brain! I really felt that you listening and paraphrasing what I was saying was most helpful. It allowed me to talk myself round to a solution! Thanks so much and I will definitely call on you again.Kathryn - Cardiff
My session with a Dragonfly coach was surprising and innovative. She helped me to articulate my plans for the future, and by turning vague thoughts and anxieties into physical objects and places, she helped me to discover the best way to move from where I was to where I wanted to be. She's a sensitive and insightful listener, and I left the session with a renewed sense of purpose and direction.Ash - London
The workshop and one-to-one sessions allowed students to consider their learning pathways to help achieve their goals. It helped students to focus their energies on overcoming obstacles to achieving goals and gave them confidence to reach their potential. The students had renewed enthusiasm for their studies and a drive to succeed. An excellent programme for building confidence and raising self-esteem to enable pupils to achieve their potential.Helen Burgum, Deputy Headteacher, Treorchy Comprehensive School
Mary and her colleague Leah Davies were a joy to work with throughout the duration of the workshops. Mary listened to and took on board our school's requests from the onset and structured the sessions in order to provide minimum disruption to the school day. All of our Year 11s gained so much from the workshops- they have gained a sense of direction, which was lacking in many cases, in order to tackle their study issues efficiently.Luisa May, , St illtyd's Catholic High School
