Performance Coaching is an extremely effective and evidence-based method to challenge unhelpful thinking errors which often lead to anxiety and procrastination, such as unhelpful perfectionism, self-doubt, negative comparison and automatic negative thoughts and it helps students to replace those thoughts with realistic and helpful ones to build resilience, confidence and optimise performance.
- Performance coaching will help the student develop and utilise their inner coach as opposed to their over-used inner critic
- Performance coaching will build confidence by promoting affirmative and rational thinking patterns, working with their performance coach on bespoke hands-on and effective strategies to unlock their full academic potential
- The student's Signature Strengths will be identified and developed via Strengths Mapping in an academic context, to stretch and optimise their performance
- Student will collaboratively work with their coach using 'cutting-edge' coaching models, to set, get and excel in their academic goals, using their unique abilities to 'fast-track' performance
