About this course

Professor Seligman’s evidence-based Positive Psychology has gone from strength to strength and has become one of the hottest topics in education, along with the Growth Mindset Theory! Its key strength is its flexibility in implementing success, authentic happiness, as well as enhance personal motivation in all students.     

The cornerstone of Positive Psychology in Schools is to identify and develop students’ (and teachers’ alike) unique signature strengths to optimise performance in a way that is both personally rewarding and brings confidence and joy back to the classroom! Acts of gratitude, appreciation, and ‘positive goal setting’ are also used to raise self-regulation and ‘fast track’ performance.

Combining Positive Psychology with Carol Dweck’s acclaimed Growth Mindset theory, this course takes the much larger step forward to helping all of us in achieving our goals.
