About this course

Teaching can be the most rewarding, yet also the most challenging of professions, particularly during times of uncertainty like the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time, educators have been experiencing greater anxiety, stress, and exhaustion than ever before.

 

If we want our educators not just to survive but to thrive - both personally and professionally - schools must become places in which they are able to flourish and inspire.

 

During this course, staff are encouraged to prioritise their own mental health and wellbeing and to work on a variety of ways to develop their long-term resilience.

 

 

All of our 3-hour online workshops include: 

 

  • Practical ideas and resources

  • Small group size to facilitate interaction and full engagement

  • Group/pair work and discussion

  • PDF of the course booklet

  • Learn to lead yourself before leading others
  • Recognising staff pressure and stress
  • Develop self-care and coping strategies
  • Understand how these can lead to positive mental health
