About this course

All our workshops are constantly updated to reflect the current - and ever-changing - circumstances in all schools relating to Covid-19.

Teaching can be the most rewarding, yet also the most challenging of occupations, particularly during times of uncertainty like the Covid-19 pandemic. During this crisis, educators have been experiencing greater anxiety, stress, and burnout than ever before.

If we want our educators to not just survive but thrive - both personally and professionally – schools must become places in which they are able to flourish and inspire.


During this workshop, staff are encouraged to prioritise their own mental health and wellbeing and work on a variety of ways to develop their long-term resilience.

 

All our 3-hour online workshops include: 
  • practical classroom-ready ideas and resources
  • small group size to facilitate interaction and full engagement
  • group/pair work and discussion with the tutor
